I needed assistance with an on line order and utilising my credits. Katrina, on the the help line, was extremely helpful and even placed the order for me and dealt with all the credits whilst we were on the call.
Looking forward to visiting the Vancouver showroom to decide on our next purchase.

I ordered a ceiling mounted cooktop extractor and paid a 50% deposit with the balance to be paid when the appliance was collected. After placing the order and paying the deposit I was informed that the Appliance is no longer available and I am still waiting for the deposit to be refunded.
Not impressed.

Swatch samples were received really quickly and enabled an informed decision to be made on the fabric we wanted. Also the support team were able to answer all my questions about the build of the bed we were interested in. So much so we ordered straight away.
