Fantastic find.

Ww have made 3 orders now since my wife found David's Dog Deli. What a fantastic company this is and David's is so friendly and very helpful.
Our 2 cockapoos suffer from a lot of allergies, we struggled for a longtime to find a treat/dog biscuit that our dogs could have without it causing them issues. After talking to David on the phone I placed our first small order to see how our dogs where with them. Our dogs love them, and they have no upset tummies or other issues with them. All hand crafted and no nasties unlike most of the shop brought products on the market. We have just received our dogs Christmas treats and advent calendars, and wow they look fantastic, and im sure they will love them. Outstanding service, delivery and products. 👏👏👌👌

Great item.

Product itself is very good and I like it a lot, but what I dislike is the fact all the social media posts and adverts state its produced in the USA and its being shipped via DHL, not the case whatsoever, the tracking number was a tracking number from China and it was delivered via our letter post ( Royal Mail ). Very misleading in my opinion and I also very much doubt the founder of it lives in London like her video states. Just be honest and stop misleading your customers.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE

Platinum Mobility are without doubt an amazing company to purchase from, over the last 2 years my wife has had 3 power wheelchairs, and on Friday 9th of May I was looking at there stock and they had a Q300r that was only 5 months old, so I was on the phone Saturday morning to ask questions, Ben was absolutely fantastic and answered all my questions and so the deal was done. We wanted some bigger front castor wheels on it and bigger batteries, again this was no problem at all, it was delivered on Monday the 12th as an engineer was coming to our area. The guy that brought it over was very pleasant and went through all the paperwork, the Q300r is truly an amazing powerchair and at a fantastic price. We would definitely highly recommend Platinum Mobility to anyone looking for something for there mobility needs. The range of stock they hold is very impressive and they will happily make any adjustments to make it comfortable for the user.
We wouldn't go anywhere else.
To all the staff at Platinum Mobility thank you for a fantastic service and product.

Misleading and useless.

If I could give this company No stars I would. What an absolute waste of space this company is. I ordered a set of front and rear seat covers for my VW transporter and on there website it clearly stated in stock and delivery is estimated 3 to 5 working days. 7 weeks down the line and many emails to them which most of them they ignored still no seat covers, very time they did reply they said my order would be posted out by the end of the week. That never happened so I put it in the hands of PayPal and got a full refund. Avoid placing an order with this company.

I find your reply even more insulting, after many bad reviews you have only just decided to change delivery times?? If your service was as stated on your website when placing an order and you replied to emails instead of ignoring them then you wouldn't get bad reviews. I was told weeks ago you only had the headrests and captain arms rests to complete and my order was finished and it would be posted out that week. That week never arrived and for all the inconvenience you have caused me my negative feedback is very much justified.

As you may already be aware we have had many delays in our production which has resulted in extreme delays in delivery of customer orders.
As the majority of our goods are hand made in the UK the main issue has been centred around production staff shortages.

The above together with unprecedented demand for our products has caused a bottle neck situation in our UK production line.

For this we sincerely apologise and hope we can restore your faith in us as a genuine company with growing pains.

We are currently addressing the issue by:
1) Offering new realistic time lines for any new orders on our website which for anything NOT in stock is now 60 days.
2) For anything IN stock is 3-5 working days.
3) Utilising recruitment agencies to assist with production operatives and automating where we can in order to clear the back log of orders & be in a complete stock IN situation.

Please be rest assured we are working has hard as we can to get your order out for delivery as soon as possible so please bear with us.

Leaving negative reviews does not assist or help anybody so we would be grateful if you can let us know if you cannot wait any longer for your order and we will process a full refund for you immediately OR provide you with an alternative similar product that is in stock.

In terms of communication we apologise but we can only currently communicate via email as our phone lines are currently not being manned due to staff shortages.

Exceptional service 👏

Booked my Audi SQ7 in to have the brake pads replaced as the warning ⚠️ light was on, reception booked me in and pre ordered the parts, I was happy to wait as it was only going to be around 2 hours. The waiting area is great with plenty of seating and free drinks & WiFi if you need it, the showroom and outside areas are kept to a very high standard. Once the car had been repaired reception came over and explained the brakes on the car were fine it was the brake pad sensors that were broken, the garage had already pre ordered the pads for the car but were not needed. What a very trustworthy garage JustAudi VW are and I will be using them in the future 100%. The staff are very polite and very helpful and friendly and the car was washed FOC before being handed back to me. What a fantastic service all round.
