Wish I’d Moved Earlier

Just moved from another bank which has hiked business rates. Virgin Money have no fees! Winner number one.

Since the faultless current account guarantee switch the company have been proactive in advice and support. Winner two.

The service from the company is always good with prompt dispatch and good quality products. On this last occasion it was let down by delivery which is out if the company’s control.
