I needed half sibling genetic testing done for a legal matter - their service was super helpful and straightforward and covered all my legal requirements.

The postal results for one of the parties got lost in the post and they sent another copy really quickly once the first one was stuck at royal mail, royal mail then lost the 2nd, so they done special delivery which worked.

So a follow on from my previous review now my dust has settled
They cancelled for the 3rd or 4th time in June, then after
emailing the London Mayors office, emailing the iChoosr CEO Michiel Drabbe personally and explaining the situation to them... It was eventually installed in September '22 but without a battery so they took that off the final price... then i had to nag them for a few weeks to put in a monitoring dongle so that i can see it's output since i didn't have the battery to do that for me.
I wish i never used them despite how eager i was to install solar - my install works perfectly fine but that is due to the contractors who came being really helpful and efficient.

1st April: I've waited for my installation for quite a few months as part of the London Solar scheme... i call them the day before my scheduled installation and they tell me it's been cancelled and my next appointment is 6 weeks later
12/5 - 5 weeks later they cancel again - please avoid this company
