Easy to use and noticable improvements on my laptop. I wholeheartly recommend this product

I ordered a baker's rack and my order tracking had the shipment to arrive on a certain date, well that date came and went and no update, customer service advise it's still in transit, so its anyone's guess when it will arrive. Maybe Wayfair shouldn't use tracking, clearly its a worse experience to give expectations and fail so miserably.

In the interim, the item also dropped by 30 precent and when I inquired about being compensated for the sale price they said no it's outside the 7 day policy *thinking about return it. Just an overall bad customer experience I won't be giving them another dime I also get the impression they just don't care. Their "policy" will put them out of business - I guarantee it
