Second time ordering from RedBox RX. While not quite as smooth as the first, nonetheless a very positive experience. Their customer service department is next to none - a rarity in this day and age.

Have been dealing with Comfort Medical for the past three years. It is refreshing in this day and age to find a company that promptly addresses your needs. Two individuals there that are particularly responsive to any questions I may have are Athena and especially Linda C. Their service has been exceptional over the years and greatly appreciated.

I am beyond pleased with my entire experience with redboxrx. In this day and age positive retail experiences are few and far between, Every step of the way with redboxrx was as smooth as silk. Very highly recommended.

The reviews of Lemon Squad here, almost all negative, pretty much says it all. I ordered an inspection on a Monday and was told it would be done the following day, a Tuesday. Then I was told it would be done on Wednesday. Next told it would be done Friday. As far as I know the report was never done. The vehicle sold and I am out $200. Supposedly on sold vehicles you can use the $200 when you order another future inspection. But that is not true as the same thing happened to me in 2021 and they did not honor the credit on my current inspection. Lesson learned dealing with this company, never again. Will file a complaint with the BBB as well as the Attorney General’s office in the state Lemon Squad is domiciled.
