Offers a Very Poor Experience

Offers a very poor experience when it comes to support. They will just keep sending you automated messages with "Hello User" to start the message, making it very impersonal. Despite all the evidence and their statement saying they will get back to you within 15 days, that get back to you is another automated message that they are having issues and will escalate and that they are looking into it.

I have had 0 successful communciation with them and why you get frustrated, they will just send you an automated message that you either had a VPN and so on which does not make sense because you completed the other tasks they have and a couple of the highly rewarding ones are the ones that they don't release. No issues when the rewards are just cents, but when it gets to dollars, good luck.

Skip them, and seriously, I don't know why 3rd parties associate with them. It just ruins their reputation.

A Great Survey Provider that Looks After Their Users

Skip Prime Surveys, Bitlabs, Timewall, or any other survey provider - these providers are useless and only looks to profit.

CPX is the best out of them all. They pay well and easy to work with the Support Team. I love their work and how they approach things with their users.

The only one thing I would suggest is better classification of surveys. I am still having times where there are heaps of surveys available,but none I qualified for when I take them. Not a biggie, but would save heaps of time.

Just Skip this and Join Opinion World.

Customer service is not personable. They will send you canned text after canned text which you have already been given when you use the Chatbot. Same paragraph.

Errors after errors after survey completion which you don't get any reward. When you request to have a look with proper proof so you get your credit, they will just say you were disqualified. They got the profit and you wasted your time and effort. No compensation whatsoever which would have made a big difference.

They have the "Toluna Wheel" which you always spin to a "Better Luck Next Time".

On their website, rewards are to be received (Paypal) within 2-3 weeks, I got mine more than 4 weeks. Pretty sure I can sue these people. Yes, they are legit, but before you get to the required points, you'll have heaps of frustration because you keep getting 0 points for surveys you complete.

They also have a mobile application, which behaves the same - error after error when you complete a browser.

Legit and Rewards You Instantly

I do survey on the side while at work (during downtime only) and even if you suddenly get busy, the survey can be left for a long time and still come back to it with no issues.

They also do tasks to enable to you get more points for doing survey.

I would recommend more tasks as the above so people are more likely to participate.

1000 points = $20 in Paypal, so that's not bad, considering you can easily get $1000 (as a new user). Redeems instantly as well, not like other providers where it takes 2 weeks (which I don't get).

Good Paid Survey App

Toluna offers great way to earn points via survey which you can exchange for Gift Cards. I haven't had the opportunity to redeem my points, but I trust that there will be no issues.

In addition, their surveys are not that long and does give quite a lot of points. In just 6-7 surveys, you should be able to redeem - not like other platforms where it will take you a lifetime.

4-star just because there were multiple surveys that I completed but never got paid out and a status of Pending after how many day. I did reach out to Support, I will change the score depending how the support goes and give more feedback.

Customer Service Review:
Their Customer Service Team went beyond the extra mile. Easy to deal with, straight-forward, prompt, very accommodating, and, for them, there is no such thing as a silly question. Words can't express how grateful and in awe I am of their CS Team. Despite having the issue traced back to my mistake, they never made me feel stupid or that they can live without me as a customer. They even went above and beyond to get me back in as a member. Probably a small act on their end, but a big difference for me at that point in time, when I was barely getting by due to financial and personal reasons.

Product Review:
The trial pack lasted more than two weeks, what a generous amount for the price I paid. In addition, the trial pack will surely give you an idea if the set/products are suitable for you or not. Definitely a give it a try product! The trial pack if CHEAP AS!

After finishing the trial set, Lumin Skin is now my go-to product for my face skin care. I have ditched my old products and consistently used the Charcoal Cleanser and Face Moisturiser. I've had some breakout initially, but not as bad as the old products that I took. Definitely saw a difference with my "glow-up" (lol). Unfortunately, will have to stop the Exfoliating Rub, did some trial and when I stopped it, the small breakouts stopped as well. Since it is so easy to change the Subscription, I am now subscribed to the Bathroom Essentials; so, can't wait to try the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
