Brixly is back, Dennis is back its all good

Brixly is back, Dennis Is back everything is ticking over!
There was a dip in SLA and support ticket responses are still slower but not by much (we are talking 20 mins). They are still knowledgeable and on point and I say that because recently i dealt with a few other hosts and they were shocking compared to the brixly crew!

A few teething problems with the takeover but its so reassuring to know Dennis is back in the fold and faith is fully restored!

Dreadful Migration of google domains

Dreadful Migration of google domains - What an absolute mess of a company squarespace are. They have set me as the owner of all my clients domains in the google domains migration. its a hot mess of the workspace billing too.

Customer service are non existent and have no knowledge of the issue they have created. Squarespace need a good lawyer because they are harming my client reputation for my business. Not one of my clients have had a positive experience since the migration.

the company needs folding fast and they guy who's bright idea it was to purchase google domains.... he needs firing PRONTO

lotto go..is the way to go

lotto go... is the way to go, dont you know, donna on customers service is that good if they could speed up cloning in general lotto go could just clone her for their customer service department.
