One charge attempted today. The charger stopped charging several times stating the charge was complete when it wasn’t. Each time I had to restart the whole process- using my bank card as the app froze. Each time this company took £45 from my account. So as of today they owe me £135. Is this even legal? I am seriously concerned about the lack of control over these companies.

At the start of a charging session, a £45 pre-authorisation payment is taken to ensure your payment card being used has enough funds to charge. If the card payment reader is tapped more than once, another £45 pre-authorisation payment will be taken as the charger will assume you are a new customer. We are sorry this resulted in multiple £45 charges being taken. Rest assured if no charge took place, all of the pre-authorisation amounts will return back to your bank account shortly. We can confirm that if you do use the Osprey app to charge, only 1 £25 pre-authorisation payment is taken in a 48 hour period which eliminates multiple pre-authorisation amounts being taken. We can only apologise for the inconvenience caused. If you experience any issues charging after 1 x £45 pre-authorisation amount has already been taken, we would suggest calling the helpline number on the charger to ensure the charger is working as expected. The product was not suitable for children and was faulty. I have not been able to get return and refund details. They are operating contrary to UK trading law
I ordered three small perfume samples for £36. They charged me an extra £12 which I did not know about. I have asked them about 5 times to refund this. No response for several weeks. Customer service seems really poor. They are now telling me they cannot send the second sample as they have not received payment despite having taken the full cost at the time of the order. Seems incredibly careless and disorganised and I won't be using this company again.

Late delivery and appalling returns process. Suggest do not use this company. I cannot get a return address from them so I’m sending to the warehouse the items came from although they say they won’t pick up. Repeated offers for reduced price instead of return- but I don’t want the items.

This company is very responsive and dealt with claims really quickly. The problem seems to be that it overextends what it means by associated conditions. It treats conditions that are wildly different as associated, thus allowing it to decline most claims. I felt having the insurance was useless due to this.

French Open tennis 2023 - ignorant bored commentators with little interest in the matches they are covering and little knowledge of the players esp in the women's game. Also can they stop showing the coaches after every point. Boring
No sign of my order, so response to several emails, no phone number or chat to get to them on. I don't know how to get my money back from them. Terrible.
