Helpful customer service, fast shipping and great product

If you are going to send someone money, do it the easy way with cash or a check. These are impossible to use, full of fine print and are more trouble than they are worth. I logged in to check the balance on a brand new $50 card and after three attempts, would not work. When I tried again this morning, I found a $0 balance stating each time i tried to log in, a transaction was made, totalling the $50 that was on a brand new card just sitting in my drawer. It is not worth trying to call to correct whatever did occur for $50, I'd rather avoid the headache -do yourself a favor and jsut give cash/check....these even have fees when you purchase them - makes zero sense.
