Review of VISUAL EFFECT CONSERVATORIES LIMITED
Spent nearly 30k with the company around a year ago for a 4x4 orangery/conservatory.
Had to call them 4 times for leak in roof which is very very annoying and didn't expect that to happen especially after spending that kind of money.
I have to say they turned up every time I reported the leak in roof but it should Not have happened in first place!
Avoid if you can!

Three times I've made a transaction and receiver had to wait for hours and I had to speak to a customer service advisor who didn't have much of an authority anyway so avoid using this again insha'Allah

Advertised as next day but gets there after 4th day,and if you have a lost item there is no way you can claim that money back so absolute rubbish.
And that woman on automated machine does your heading getting through to speak to a normal human being and when you do eventually get through they can't do anything anyway.
