This cake was bought for a family gathering for a newly wed couple. Delivered on time and the cake was delicious as always. Will order again for when I have another gathering.

We were on the waiting list for my son with the NHS. They suggested if we wanted quicker diagnostic we can go with ACL. We are glad we did as we got our outcome quicker and it was done within a month. All 3 sessions went great, we were heard about our concern regarding our son, we were luckily to have caught it at an early age and got seen now. We knew what the outcome was but just needed it confirmed. We were also given advice on what we can do next in order to get help. Thank you ACL team for everything.

Firstly I chose a specific date for my delivery to be given as I knew I wasn't going to be home the day it got delivered. Instead it was still delivered on Friday the 18th.
Secondly the courier didn't even leave it outside my door but left it on the block where the concierge is. There was no ring on my doorbell as it is an app in order to let people into the building.
Luckily my partner was home and I had a proof of pic where it was left so he was able to get the parcel.

Yodel need to employ people who will be giving people's packages to their door not leave it lying around so other people from the building can steal it. I have never had any issues before this.

I booked a pick up return for the day after I received my package as I didn't need the product I ordered. I was given a slot on the day but no one came, I rebooked for the next day, same thing happened. And it happened a third time too. As I was going shopping a few days after I took the parcel with me to the shop and returned it over the till. I even suggested the store to reconsider the delivery service they use. Now that I have returned and received my refund evri send their courier to pick up a package that doesn't need picking up anymore. I even gave their employee the receipt to show proof but I am constantly getting emails saying my package is being collected between this time.

The print outs are good quality plus 45 free prints you can't go wrong. 9p for extras whereas other places are more. If you only want to get the free prints you only have to pay for postage which I would say is a bargain saves you paying for 45+postage. I always add a few extra as the price is reasonable. Cant wait to finish off printing all my sons baby pics and put them in an album.
