MTN South Africa said in one of they're posts on Facebook "not everyone is a scam" and I ask where? 5 months ago or more, I let mtn know that my salary date has changed and I can only pay for my month to month router on the 15th not on the 4th, they said noted, last month and the month before I made a payment at kolonade pretoria and pretoria cbd, both shops confirmed that the payment date is on the 15th. But now today I get an sms stating that my internet connection will be shut off tomorrow, isn't that scamming? It's the 7th of April 2025 today, trustpilot must enable us to send screenshots proof of my review, I got hold of mtn and I sent the screenshot of me requesting a change of that payment date, and the person never replied to me again, it's been an hour so far

Everything I've complained about previously has improved a lot, withdrawals are almost as quick as deposits, I like it very much, the spreads are great, but the manipulation on jump 100 is too much, out of 100 I'll give deriv 85% it's looking good 👍

My problem is with withdrawals.. they take too long..it would be nice to take my withdrawal out of the cashier immediately after confirming it..even if it will take 24hrs to reflect into my bank account..
sometimes it seems like a trap to have us transferring funds back into the trading account and most of the time when that happens we lose..so again it seems more like gambling than trading..if you can do that i will surely give a 5 star
