VITAVIA ORION 8’x 6’ GREENHOUSE

Bought this greenhouse 8 months ago and have been bitterly disappointed with this product and would not recommend anyone purchasing this as it is not fit for purpose.
This greenhouse has just been completely destroyed in the recent storms, several of our neighbours who have older aluminium greenhouses were unaffected.
The structure of this greenhouse is extremely weak.
It was professionally installed by the dealer who we bought it from but the frame is so flimsy that in winds the whole structure twists and bends, leading then obviously to the glass parts cracking/shattering and subsequently the whole thing was then reduced to a pile of wreckage, now on its way to the local council tip.
I HAVE EMAILED VITAVIA AND APPENDED VIDEO CLIP OF THE FINAL OCCURENCE AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED AT ALL, THEY CLEARLY COULD NOT CARE LESS,
BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS ABOUT BUYING THIS PRODUCT, PARTICULARLY IF PRONE TO EVEN MODERATE WINDS AS IT IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

Very poor service from Calor

Very poor service from Calor. Aware they are having problems with delivery and now topping up below 10% but we have now run out of gas and Calor can't assure us of when we'll get next delivery. On telemetry so should all happen automatically. No heating now, very cold in northern Scotland. Variety of excuses from Calor, not sure what to believe. Yesterday we were told a new emergency triage system had been set up and a delivery would be scheduled urgently but still nothing has happened and no information available. We deeply regret going for LPG heating. Have involved local MP and MSP.

Thank you for the review.

We do apologise for the service that you have received.

We can assure you it is never our intention to leave anyone without gas but at the moment we are pulling out all the stops with the resource that we have to get gas to everyone as quickly as we can and restore our service levels back to our usual high standards.

On review of the account we can see that the order is down for the 12th of March 2022.
