Emily was AMAZING!
Emily helped me out when I had hit wall after wall trying to achieve a solution my old provider suggested after they exited the UK market unexpectedly. Mine was a very stressful situation with complex elements and Emily fixed it, I couldn't quite believe she managed to sort it out in the time I had before my other policy lapsed.
Empathy, effort and solutions, what more could anyone ask for?
