Excellent staff member very caring and understanding and sensitive to my distress and genuine worries - which made me feel really happy as I could continue helping someone else who was unwell without cancelling .

Amazing service - the two people who delivered went way and beyond to get the furniture item to me as quickly as they could ! I brought the item on Friday and received Monday morning it was a bed frame in one piece weighing 30kg. ! Porta should be proud of their delivery partners - who carried up five flights of stairs- Thank you - above five star service.
