I called them to add my middle names to my flight ages ago took two weeks for them to actually add it and charged me. Then I call the airline and they say middle names aren’t needed (you would think they would check that). I called them for a refund for my name change and they said will go through 2-7 business days. It has now been 13 business days and no money and no answer to my emails.
It’s great chasing them up when trying to enjoy my holiday

It’s now been a month since I made an order with this company and my parcel still hasn’t been shipped.
Messaged them so many times already and same thing everytime can never tell me when it will be shipped, they said in one email it would be shipped this week(and that was two weeks ago)
