Would definitely use again; a breeze from browsing the website, to ordering and receiving the memory. Delivery was quick too.

I’ve had a Skuma for a year now, and I have not regretted buying it. Firstly the unit looks great and sits nicely on my counter. It’s easy to refill and empty waste water, and I love its overall design. There is room for improvement however; my water tanks do not sit completely uniform and this can be a little cosmetic irritation but it’s only a minor one that doesn’t impact on the function of the unit. If you have OCD like me though you will notice it! The filtration is great, and the water tastes noticeably better; I could definitely never go back to tap water again. I love the fact that you can add in minerals using the additional hydration boost bottles (they also do a vitamin D and an alkaline one to improve coffee taste but I haven’t tried these yet). Adding minerals is important, since just drinking RO water is not a good idea. The hot water function is also very handy, although it can be a little bit spluttery, meaning if you put a mug under it you will get some splashing. It’s also not going to be as hot as the water you get from a kettle, but it comes close. Again, I’m hoping this will be improved in future. Finally, the customer service and overall experience of dealing with the Skuma team has been fantastic. I had some issues with an earlier model Skuma and one of the founders got in touch with me quickly and they sent a new unit free of charge the next day. They really listen to their customers and want to do the right thing, which is great when the unit itself isn’t cheap. Overall though I’d say it’s been worth it - I’ve stopped buying bottled water (good for me and the environment too) and my water just tastes so much better. The hot water function could be improved, but this is not a massive problem when I mainly got the unit to replace drinking bottled water.

I have only used Zatu a couple of times but overall experience has been very positive. They offer good value compared to other shops, and their delivery charges and times are very reasonable. Products arrived well packaged.

Visited the McDonalds Drive Thru in Ilkeston and was disappointed to find I was missing a double quarter pounder with cheese from my order. At £5.59 that’s not ok, and when you leave feedback via their ‘food for thoughts’ receipt offer they send a cut & paste template apologising and saying things will be different next time. Yes they will, because next time I’ll drive straight past and not bother. Absolutely useless.

Absolutely awful experience with Asda online deliveries last week. Had an order placed for Friday and the delivery driver came to my door and gave me someone else’s shopping. When I pointed out that it wasn’t mine he then proceeds to tell me that my shopping didn’t appear to be on the van at all! Rebooked the same shop for the following day, and shopping arrived with TWELVE items missing (all my fridge items), which Asda charged me for. I’ve gotten a refund, but it’s caused me no end of hassle having to phone their customer service. Avoid at all costs - they don’t seem to know what they’re doing.

Alex is excellent at what he does; I've learned a lot about mindfulness techniques from him and always look forward to each session. I really enjoyed learning more about SKY breathing and have incorporated this into my self-care routine. He genuinely cares about helping others to improve their wellbeing and I strongly recommend him.
