AVOID...
AVOID.... downloaded the app out of curiosity but never used it. Cancelled but subscription was charged. Emailed immediately to point out that I hadn't used it and asked for a refund but instead was met with incredibly dismissive and rude response (especially from Kate Nielsen) despite trying really hard to get some help. Considering it's a site for people with ADHD you'd think they'd be a bit gentler and more helpful.
Other companies refund when this kind of thing happens, especially when they're immediately informed of the issue, but this company is obviously yet another one that's just happy to steal peoples money without giving them any service.
I'm sick of these companies luring you in for a trail then making to so difficult to get out of again. I've been charge over £30 for something I never even used and didn't want. And to be met with such passive aggressive -response adds insult to injury.
