AVOID...

AVOID.... downloaded the app out of curiosity but never used it. Cancelled but subscription was charged. Emailed immediately to point out that I hadn't used it and asked for a refund but instead was met with incredibly dismissive and rude response (especially from Kate Nielsen) despite trying really hard to get some help. Considering it's a site for people with ADHD you'd think they'd be a bit gentler and more helpful.

Other companies refund when this kind of thing happens, especially when they're immediately informed of the issue, but this company is obviously yet another one that's just happy to steal peoples money without giving them any service.
I'm sick of these companies luring you in for a trail then making to so difficult to get out of again. I've been charge over £30 for something I never even used and didn't want. And to be met with such passive aggressive -response adds insult to injury.

Shocking service

Shocking service. Absolute mess. Broke down between 2 slip roads on a heaving m25. Very dangerous spot and very very loud (and cold)
Was told would be £199 for breakdown cover at the point of breakdown. Didn't really know where I was but guessed about 50miles to home and so was told £69 on top to take me home if they couldn't repair it. (They had my address so I feel they should have/could have have checked this) They wouldn't give a time until I'd paid. Whole phone process took 44mins. Then get a text to say it'd be between 4-7 hours.
The highway police had been and we were told that we only had 2 hours until they have it tow us to a pound so this worry was constant. Hence why I just stuck with the RAC after it had taken so long already in case the next company was as time consuming.

Was 4 hours eventually and a contractor came who refused to take us home, only 10 miles. He also made no attempt to repair it at the roadside which was the very reason I signed to RAC rather than the offers I'd had from local companies who would have come quicker and been cheaper. Spent another 45 mins on the phone with battery on red trying to sort it.

Apparently my address was just over 50m and so £250 on top! My address showed as 42miles in the satnav. (They gauge it differently. How are we meant to know) Had to pick a random address within their 50 miles parameter. used postcode for my local sports centre as couldn't think of anywhere else, knowing that we'd arrive at 2am with a dead phone and no way to get home but walk. The driver was very helpful and kind considering the circumstances but i feel I'd got a lot more out of it if it had been RAC lorry.

Cant even tell you how horribly distressing it was for me and my daughter.

I picked RAC in this emergency situation as I was in a panic and I believed them to be reputable and reliable. You're held over a barrel not really taking anything in on these long calls just desperate for someone to help you. We were genuine scared for our safety.

This 7 hour drama costs me £270! And it's a pretty useless "pay as you go" policy this gives me so little use going forward.
Have logged a complaint but don't hold out much.

Avoid avoid absolutely impossible to… contact customer services

Avoid avoid absolutely impossible to get hold of anyone.
I signed up for a trial box but it was quite a complicated system and after it went through I realised that I was about to be sent a set that wouldn't match. I tried absolutely everything to message to make sure they came through as matching and it was impossible, before I knew it had arrived and was the wrong colour and didn't fit and has sat on the side since then. I cancelled at that point.
The next thing I know another pair of briefs has arrived which cost me £13 which is extraordinary for a very flims single piece of fabric. Again I tried the website which only has a bot service that sends you around in circles no human to talk to.
Eventually i wrote under a post Facebook asking for an email address, somebody did reply but before I knew it the reply had disappeared again and I hadn't copied the email and if you message on Facebook, it also takes you round in circles, at which point another pair of £13 unwanted briefs had arrived.

More than anything the frustration I feel from having used up so much time trying absolutely everywhere to find some contact details.
I finally got hold of customer service having spotted a rep replied to someone else on Facebook with an email address which I hastily copied. I was told that it wasn't a website, it is a membership.
All well and good but I had cancelled my membership. And surely you should be able to change items that don't fit /you don't like.
So basically, I've spent £26 on two pairs of cheaply made briefs I don't want and bra that doesn't match or fit.

Wouldn’t recommend it all

Wouldn’t recommend it all. When the learner passed they make you cancel your policy before they discuss it with you, then actually charge you to ‘cancel’. So there’s no chance of leaving the policy running as it’s already cancelled. Scam. Be aware. I’m being bombarded with threatening letters and texts.

I’ve had a few of the mushroom drinks…

I’ve had a few of the mushroom drinks in the past and I’ve found them disgusting cos of the fake sugar taste, but this is delicious, I am rather surprised how much my body asks for it. I feel really really good afterwards. My teens love it too which is annoying as they keep drinking it all!!

Absolutely thrilled so far 5 weeks in. Customer service has been great, the products are really easy to use and the information thorough. I was really worried picking this company over the more expensive invisalign but so glad I did. Also my teeth are nearly straight and my confidence to smile is already so much better.

Parked in huge empty car park at Daymer…

Parked in huge empty car park at Daymer Bay. Was told the car park was free in winter by a local. Didn't see any machines. We went for a short walk. Came back no ticket on car. Now had one in the post for a NRC for £100! ABSOLUTE EXTORTION
