Johan Jacob. Instead of me writing a review because I havn't enrolled or paid any money to WorldClassedge I found Johnans review to be excellent and answered many of the questions I had. I did send an email to Andrea with many of the same concerns and didn't get a reply. So once i finished reading Johan's review, I decided not to proceed at this point and will wait. My 1-star rating is not indicative of my experience. I had to put something in.

If i could give a negative star i would. I ordered a replacement Glowplug from Shopsite which is only the next suburb from where i live in CHCH and the same part arrived from china faster than these clowns could get it to me DO NOT SHOP AT SHOPSITE

I’ve now purchased two diesel heaters from this dodgy outfit, Theshopsite, and both have been a complete disaster.

The first heater never worked straight out of the box due to a faulty pump.

The second heater, brand new, already has a faulty glow plug.

To make matters worse, the timing couldn’t have been worse: the day we were leaving Christchurch in our caravan, the heater failed. I immediately emailed them at 9am, clearly stating it was urgent and that I needed a replacement glow plug right away. Their response? Silence for nearly 12 hours—they finally replied at 8pm when it was far too late to help. Even now, I still don’t have the parts I need.

This company is a joke. The products are low quality, unreliable, and their so-called customer service is non-existent when you actually need it. If you value your money, time, or peace of mind, do not waste it on Theshopsite.

Adam, I have sent you a few emails.No replies. Since I have not renewed my TTG subscription, I don't have access to STR, which has six months of subscription left and paid for. Do I get a refund for the remaining 6 months?

I tried to ask you this on the live stream, which you blocked.

Since posting , I haven't heard from Adam apart from an email to text message him on his phone. I prefer to keep all correspondence via email. I replied by email.

Adam refunded the total STR $800 fee. I didn't expect a total refund as I did use STR for 6 months. As I stated in a previous review its not about the money, its about honesty and integrity. I would really like to trash Adam, but I can't as he has gone above and beyond to refund my STR fee.

Star rating from 2 for the aggressive tone of the word Buddy. :)
