I have been with them for over 3 years now and they have helped me learn all aspects of trading and they sincerely care about my success. They take the time to work with you individually and understand your situation. They have some seriously great traders and people with phenomenal market knowledge and experience. I would recommend them to everyone. I am a lifetime member. My wife worked with them when they first started circa 2016. The one thing she remembers is how good they treated people and took care of their members. 100% an amazing group and company.

No refund if you pay for anything extra in this group, like a small account challenge, and then they cancel what you paid for..
This group also falsely advertises about what they sell you.

They don’t respond to you asked them to send you any proof of why they muted you as I am a life membership I have been muted for almost 3 years.if not more I text Addm he ignored me. I text all that work for him no response they call it a family and no one left behind go fish again unfortunately I haven’t made money yet since four years ago they always ask people how much money you make well please ask people or specially the members how much did you lose? This is the best place to be as a trader. Trading can be a lonely venture, but True Trading Group creates a family atmosphere where you feel at home, supported, and encouraged. They genuinely care about your success and provide endless daily ideas to help you grow.

Whatever type of trader you are—day trader, swing trader, options trader, futures trader, or long-term portfolio investor—TTG has a place for you.

It’s true that they’ve been releasing new products more frequently these days, especially since introducing the AI tool to enhance your trading edge. However, you’re never forced to use these products. Even without them, you still have access to a vast amount of resources designed to help you succeed.

My Honest Experience with True Trading Group (TTG)

When I first came across TTG, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The trading education space is crowded with hype and empty promises. After spending time as a member, here’s my honest perspective—the good, the not-so-perfect, and why I think TTG is worth considering.

Education Platform

TTG’s courses cover stocks, options, risk management, psychology, and technical analysis. The lessons are practical, with strategies shown in detail and supported by live examples. They avoid “get-rich-quick” gimmicks, focusing on real education. Some courses could use visual updates, but the content itself is strong and prepares you for real trading.

Community

The chatroom is active daily with thousands of traders and real-time market discussion. Moderators trade live and explain their process—entries, exits, and risk management—in a way no recorded class can. The large community can feel messy at times (background noise, off-topic chatter), but it’s authentic and full of learning opportunities.

Transparency

Every moderator trade is shown live from real brokerage accounts—wins, losses, and breakeven. Excel summaries exist, but the actual trades are always verified. Losses are part of trading, and TTG doesn’t hide them, which is rare in this industry.

Extras and Giveaways

TTG has run big events like Traderpalooza and fun giveaways including cash and even a motorcycle. These add community spirit, though they’re not the main reason to join. Offerings evolve, so some programs may not always continue, but the core of education and community stays consistent.

Leadership and Moderators

Co-founders Adam Heimann and Michael Perinotti are active in the business. Adam’s direct style isn’t for everyone, but moderators put their reputations on the line by trading live and being accessible daily. That level of accountability is uncommon.

Downsides

The community can be overwhelming, and Adam’s blunt personality may rub some people the wrong way. If you want polished, corporate-style communication, TTG may not fit.

Value and Verdict

TTG isn’t cheap, but the combination of education, live trading, transparency, and community makes it a solid value. What impressed me most was the realistic message: no false promises of overnight riches—just consistency, discipline, and real learning.

TTG isn’t perfect, but if you want real traders, real trades, and a strong community, it’s absolutely worth considering.

I joined True Trading Group in May 2022 with a one-year membership for $1,100 and upgraded to a lifetime membership in July 2022 for $4,500. The lifetime package was marketed as including full community access and quarterly Traderpalooza events forever.

In reality, I only experienced one Traderpalooza event before TTG canceled the program and moved it behind a PayPal paywall, breaking their original promise. Then, during Christmas 2023, I was permanently banned from the main chat. My “offense” was asking to be unmuted after pointing out co-founder Adam Heinman’s daily pattern of unprofessional behavior—most notably the way he treated Jessica Woodward, one of TTG’s best moderators who had just been fired. When I requested a refund, TTG ignored every message.

Other issues I witnessed firsthand during my membership:

No verified trading results. Performance is only shown through Excel spreadsheets, which could easily be fabricated.

Constant upselling. Despite claims of “no upsells,” sales pitches regularly interrupted trading hours.

Unprofessional chat environment. Off-topic rants, personal drama, barking dogs, and constant distractions.

Vindictive leadership. Tough questions or constructive criticism aren’t tolerated—members are muted or banned.

Suspicious giveaways. Prizes such as cash and motorcycles were promoted, but winners were never publicly verified.

Most concerning, TTG’s leadership has minimized their past SEC troubles. In reality, they were caught manipulating penny stocks and fined over $1 million by the SEC. I only discovered this history after joining.

Since then, multiple moderators have either quit or been fired, and a top trader (Momen) has even filed a lawsuit for unpaid wages. Together, these point to a broader pattern of unethical treatment of both employees and paying customers.

I paid thousands for “lifetime” access, yet was banned after just 18 months and stripped of my benefits—simply for criticizing leadership. TTG does not honor its promises, refuses refunds, and actively silences dissent.

I strongly urge prospective members to exercise extreme caution before joining. I also invite TTG’s leadership to respond publicly to this review so future traders can see how the company treats customers who hold them accountable.

I joined this group with zero experience, I can honestly say it's been a game changer! The moderators genuinely want every member to succeed. Their boot camps and "red to green" workshops have given me a solid understanding of the trifecta chart patterns and Professor Jason's focus on repetition really helped it click for me. One thing I love is that all the moderators have their own trading styles-so whether you're conservative or more aggressive, you'll find an approach that suits you! The AI in this trading group is truly next level! I've never seen anything like it- it can actually make trades for you but of course you should analyze the trade before you execute, which is a game changer for beginners and even seasoned traders. On top of that, there are learning podcasts and flash cards that make studying trading concepts easy and accessible. The technology is so advanced that it really sets this group apart from anything else out there. I feel like I'm constantly learning and growing with all these innovative tools at my fingertips. But the best part is the community. Everyone is so friendly, patient, and helpful. No question is too "newbie" and the supportive atmosphere makes learning enjoyable. I joined True Trading Group with high hopes, trusting their platform and believing in their promise to help members learn and grow in trading. Unfortunately, my personal situation — babysitting my young daughters full-time — meant I couldn’t actively use the service from day one.

On the very next day after joining, I asked for a refund, explaining my situation. Instead of showing understanding, they hid behind their rigid refund policy, which requires documentation like brokerage statements, even if you haven’t made a single trade. I stayed for the whole year, thinking maybe they would reconsider or I could use it later, but my situation never changed.

Now, after a full year of paying for a service I never used, they’ve told me I am not entitled to a refund. Their response was cold, scripted, and showed no flexibility or empathy.

In my opinion, any honest company should value customer trust over technicalities in a policy — especially when the customer hasn’t used their product at all. This experience has left me feeling that True Trading Group cares more about keeping your money than keeping their word.

If you’re thinking of joining, read their refund policy very carefully — and be prepared for zero exceptions, even in genuine circumstances. What a shameful way to treat loyal customers.

It's like a trading club, but they train you practically 12 hrs/day + the curriculum is very in depth, but so easy to understand as it builds on itself if you should have time to take all the classes? There's also thousands of hours of workshops and bootcamps and weeknight classes that are all free, but recorded for everybody forever!! Of course, the huge draw is the money making professional traders that are on the microphone so much to teach us anything we want and everything they can think of!! Well, it wouldn't be right for me to do a review without telling you about the AI CHARTS which is an absolute dream come true, where we can all type or talk to the computer and ask it to look at all kinds of trend lines and data and it does it in seconds!!! + it's only getting better everyday. The technical staff is incredible, along with the stock traders that are so humble and sweet and patient and helpful to all. If you're completely new, yes, you can do this while you're working. It just takes some time to get your broker & apps set up and running, but you'll probably be making little bits of money along the way, until you get better. Run, don't walk to TTG and bring all your friends with you. It's going to be a good time & you'll be grateful from day one.

TTG has great resources and education. They have created a great and supportive community. They are very honest and say the hard things that need to be said which is a good thing and needed to make the necessary changes to be successful , but some people may get sensitive about and write/say bad things. I have been a member since Aug 2023

True trading group is a group that supports you for questions throughout the trading day and including some of the members on the platform answer questions which is awesome you will not feel alone and even if you’re unsure what is the resistance level maybe someone’s there always to help I appreciate the support and the opportunity

I have been with TrueTradingGroup.com for 5 years the program they have put together is by far one of the best trading informational programs i have ever joined the is several team Moderators and Mike and Adam the owners are there everyday to improve there service that makes a new trading beginner feel confident after one goes through there videos and informational planned out program ,like "red account to green " "emotional trading" and so forth i am now a life time member and could not be happier with this program it made me a better trader . I have been with TTG for 4 years and they just keep getting better. New Innovation from Adam (who is so sweet) and Mikes spot on technical analyis is Amazing!

I recently sat in on True Trading Group’s live chatroom with a friend to see what the platform had to offer. What I witnessed honestly raised some red flags.

A user asked a fair question — comparing the usefulness of ChatGPT (a $20/month tool) to the far more expensive AI services being discussed. Instead of addressing the question constructively, a moderator named Suge lashed out. He not only muted the user but went so far as to insult them directly.

What stood out the most, though, was how emotionally reactive Suge became in front of the entire room. As someone in a leadership position in a professional trading community, his inability to manage his emotions under pressure — in front of an audience of traders — was disappointing to witness. In trading, emotional control is everything. Seeing a moderator break down over a simple question sends the wrong message entirely: if you can’t handle a calm inquiry without losing composure, how are you guiding others in a high-stakes environment?

This behavior reflects poorly on the platform and left me questioning the credibility of the community as a whole. Constructive discussion and emotional discipline are foundational to good trading — and I didn’t see that here.

Chat Moderation & Bans
- Many users were muted or banned from chat rooms simply for asking questions or expressing dissatisfaction.
- Some claim TTG discourages open criticism, even removing negative reviews from platforms like Trustpilot. Laptop Promises - TTG has advertised laptop giveaways, but they never received one or were misled about eligibility.
- While some users did report receiving laptops, others felt it was more of a marketing hook than a genuine offer. Support & Respect
- Complaints include unresponsive or dismissive support, especially when it comes to refund requests or technical issues.
- Users felt the tone from moderators was condescending or aggressive, particularly when raising concerns. Education Quality

💸 Financial Loss & Upselling

I have tried many trading groups and guru's. Tim Sykes, Raging Bull. Jason Bull, Kyle Dennis, Bull Trades i have lost money for almost 20 years. Then I catch a TTG livestream on YouTube. I watched for months. Then they posted a deal that caught my eye, and I signed up. It was the best chance (at that Time)
After 2. years in TTG it was the best decision i made to improve my ability to trade I went from Annual membership to All Access Life Time and TTG AI Pro.
TTG has a Futures program , 0DTE program options and equities program all in their own separate chat rooms.

TTG gives the best chance for retail traders to succeed in todays market environment. I watched Mike on the youtube livestreams for over a year before finally joining (My biggest regret was not joining sooner). Mike has his finger on the pulse of the market as well as anyone ive ever come across (and Ive seen alot). They focus on education first before anything. They will tell you themselves if youre a new trader go thru their courses first and paper trade until you can gain some consistency. They offer BY FAR the best bang for your buck in terms of tools and services (Besides also having the best AI tool in the game that won the Benzinga fintech award in 2024).. Theres 9 moderators all with their own unique trading styles so theres something for everyone (they trade stocks, options, futures, crypto, etc). Adam and Mike are the owners and are the perfect combination (Mike being the elite trader and Adam being the brains behind the platform, tools, AI, etc). They have partnerships with the best trade tools in the game (Tradingview, Benzinga, the NASDAQ, unusual whales and trade ideas just to name a few). They were the first group I found that shows you they truly care about your success. They win becuase their members win (Just watch any livestream and watch how many members testify to how powerful the platform is and how much success is being had). The members (over 10k) treat each other like family (I was welcomed with open arms and have seen countless good will gestures from the owners, mods and members). I could go on and on but the best thing you can do is just see for yourself. They make the barrier for entry SUPER cheap and affordable for ANYONE. Theres zero doubt in my mind that anyone whose serious about learning to trade and is willing to put in the work needed that there is no better place to be than inside True Trading Group. If youre willing to bet on yourself You found the best group in the game.
