Disappointed, I have been trying to return this product without success! I am £180 out of pocket. I have followed all instructions from Olavita. UK customer beware! This product comes from China, which I was not aware of. Therefore, they require you to return items back to China. I followed all instructions from Olavita with regards to the refund but the items are now stuck within the customs department so they are not going to refund me!

I am very cross as this stated UK on the website so I was not expecting a £85 bill for import tax! I have emailed Snowleader but I have not had a reply. However, since posting this I have now had a reply.
All orders are dispatched from France so customers need to be aware of this when ordering because I wasn’t.
