This company has charged my credit card…

This company has charged my credit card $39.95 twice through PayPal. I have never ordered anything from them and this is the first time I’ve opened there mail.
I will have to reach out to my bank to have them get my money back unless this company returns my $80 without that.

I am trying to respond. Unfortunately I can’t find the required reference number to respond.
I’ve reached out to my bank for assistance.

Reality

First of all, it’s too bad that the system is so complicated. You need help in the first place. The interface in the initial part of the call is not good. However, the rep was excellent.
