Paystream provide a fantastic service

Paystream provide a fantastic service. Their portal is clear to understand and in all my dealings with them, I have always found them extremely reliable, informative and helpful.
If you are looking for an accountancy service/umbrella company, then I would highly recommend Paystream.

Surprisingly good service

We noticed that our inverter was regularly disconnecting from our WiFi, following a router change. This culminated in it dropping out completely.
We phoned the helpdesk and after waiting 30 minutes, the call was cleared so not a great start.
A little sceptical, we then used the instant messaging service, which was actually surprisingly helpful. They emailed some instructions to get reconnected, which were a little confusing. However, after trial and error we managed to work it out and get reconnected.
However, we still noticed that the inverter was not charging the battery as expected despite being configured correctly in the app. Using examples in the app, we emailed details of the issues to GivEnergy. We received a response the following day to say they had resolved the issue and to date, we are happy to confirm that remains the case.

Bad service

Arrived to pick up 3 items all from the same online order but only 2 were given to me. Was advised the other item had already been collected, which it hadn't. Assistant couldn't tell me when it had been collected but refused to give me the remaining item.
I asked to speak to somebody else as I'd already paid for the item online at which point the assistant manager came out. He asked for the order number which I gave and on entering it into their System he tersely informed me that number was incorrect. He was clearly being deliberately obstructive. I showed him the order number on my phone. He then showed me the number he had entered on his screen but instead of entering a number beginning with 'Q0' (as I had advised) he had entered 'qo'. I advised him of the error but there was no apology when the order number was then found!
After some muttering under their breath between the staff, they finally relented and gave me the missing item at £3.49, but it was clear they still did not believe me.
Object to being treated as a liar so will not be returning.
