Delivery issues...

Delivery issues...
The carpet delivery was carried out by a tremendously helpful chap who helped us to carry the carpet in. However, I was worried in advance because after we had placed the order, we received a notification saying that the carpet would be left at the nearest entrance. We would not have been able to bring the carpet in without assistance so had we known about this delivery issue before purchasing the carpet we would have gone elsewhere.

With regards to the comments on the delivery, we do have a lot of information on the site about how the delivery service works, including at checkout, so that we ensure our customers make an informed choice when they shop with us. Most of the drivers from our third-party courier do go above and beyond their remit where they can, but customers should always plan for a kerbside/front of property service with us such is the nature of the size and weight of the items we sell.

Took four days to dispatch a Christmas…

Took four days to dispatch a Christmas present which then takes 3-5 days to deliver. Had they done it immediately it would have arrived in time for Christmas.

I bought a sack of expensive dog…

I bought a sack of expensive dog biscuits from Pets at Home but when I got half way down I found that all the biscuits were green with mould. Pets at Home refused to refund me the cost or replace the sack saying they couldn't tell how many had already been eaten. I have since switched to buying online from Pet Supermarket and so far no problems.
