BELIEVE THE HORROR STORIES!

I heard the horror stories but never paid much attention to them. Round trip amsterdam to berlin... On the outbound my train did not stop at my connecting point so had to connect in kolln instead, which would be fine except ALL trains from kolln to berlin were cancelled, so had to take another train which was delayed, ended up getting to berlin 3 hours late, and almost missed my airbnb host. On the return it was surreal. They were not even letting people onto the platform because of how insanely backed up ALL the trains were.... to top it off none of the escalators onto the platform were working, and the elavators were packed. When I finally made it onto the platform, the train kept getting pushed back in 5 minute increments until it finally left 73 minutes late, BUT SOMEHOW, it is arriving in Amsterdam 144 minutes late.... AFTER midnight, so I miss the last bus home. To top it off taxis never agree to take me from centraal because I live too close (2.5km). So now I am arriving in Centraal with a giant suitcase and not sure how I'm going to get home.

Low quality bike

Low quality bike. Since day 1 i had issues. Electronics that randomly start and stop working, poor stability, battery connectors that gather mold. Very cheaply designed bike.

Scam!

I ordered a tv lift from them more than a year ago. It took twice as long to deliver as they said it would, and when they finally delivered it, the cover was crooked. I contacted them, and they came out to look at it and said the cover would need be replaced. I waited several months for a replacement, and every time I called they said I just had to keep waiting. About 6 weeks ago, I finally spoke to someone who took responsibility and said he would personally contact me within a few days. It has now been 6 weeks since that time 10 months since receiving the order, 13+ months since ordering the tv lift, no one is answering the phone, and no one has contacted me. I'm beginning to think that they have no intention of correcting the defect, and that they are running a scam business.

Disorganized and Uncomfortable

This is the most disorganized airline I've flown. The boarding process is a mess because the boarding groups are not dependent on your seat number... for my first flight I spent about ten minutes on the jet bridge because it was moving so slow. The on board staff is equally disorganized... on my second leg, the flight attendant handed a passenger her bag (too big to fit under the seat in front of her) before landing because she wanted to get out quickly... that is a huge nono and a safety issue. The seats on my second leg (an airbus A220) were by far the least comfortable airline swats I have ever sat in! On the first leg they were only slightly better. Also I fly regularly both on Aegean and KLM, and have recently also flown with Lufthansa. Of the four, swiss is the ONLY airline that gives you nothing but water in economy. Not even a bag of peanuts. The only saving grace was the stopover in Zurich. That has got to be one of the most beautiful airports I've been in. It felt more like being in a luxe mall than an airport.... but definitely not worth having to fly swiss.
