20 minutes late, because trains are constantly late

20 minutes late because of these irresponsible jerks!! Trains are constantly late, causing you to miss your connections. Again this morning, late.

We were thrown out of a GERMAN train last year, although we had tickets, because we didn't pay extra for a seat. We were told to find our own way to Karlovy Vary. We took the VVOs S3 to Czechia, where we had no problems.

Germans are not serious about their public transport system. The Bahn are scamming people. I buy a ticket for a train; I ride with THAT train!! Plus the bloody trains were an hour and a half late that day. I was told that is the case every week. A skirt working for the DB blamed it on the other lands. Yup. Blame the foreigners. God forbid these people should take responsibility for their trains. Shame on you, Germany. I still have videos from that day. The masses of people sitting around, because they too were thrown out of a train for which they had tickets.

Worst customer service EVER

Worst customer service EVER. They NEVER read what you wrote. They write back with random, totally unrelated answers EVERY SINGLE TIME. The seller on their platform is harassing me, because they do not want to allow me to return an item I just bought, but do not like. I cannot even review that seller on MediaMarkt.

Making life more difficult?

These people refuse to pay me the extra 7% they should have paid me ALL OF LAST YEAR because of my disabled son. I will have to take a lawyer and see if I can get that money that they owe me. I asked my worker there at the IKK Südwest. She simply said no.

I just got off of the phone with the unemployment agency. They already asked for the Krankengeld Nachweis. Let's see if the IKK Südwest find the request and send the paperwork.

I have been written off sick for depression and stress for nearly a year and a half. THIS IS WHY I AM CONSTANTLY SICK. EVERYTHING IS A FIGHT NOW-A-DAYS IN THIS COUNTRY.

EDIT: They are trying to help me sort-out the horrors of the unemployment office.

These people are either criminally-incompetent or actively evil.

There are two parts to the German unemployment agency: The person, who tries to help you find work; the people in the background, who do everything in their power to rob you of your unemployment money.

The person, who was trying to help me find work was wonderful to work with. I've had several helpful people, when I show-up in Pirna to contend with the evilness or stupidity of the people, who are constantly trying to rob me of my unemployment money.

Forms sent to them electronically have to be sent at least twice. After working for 12 years, I had 1 year and 5 months benefits available to me. My son is permanently disabled. I was harassed monthly for 5 months for proof of an end-date for his Kindergeld. The Familienkasse kept just sending me a statement that his Kindergeld was on-going.

THERE IS NO END-DATE!! I finally reached a worker, who put in a ficticious end-date 7 years in the future. It was that easily resolved. But heaven forbid you should get the extra 7% that is due to you, because you are the parent of a disabled adult child, who still lives with you and depends on you. As a single mother in this country, I have only suffered and am still suffering, especially since I have white skin and am not an EU citizen. I get no help.

In the beginning, they claimed that my last employer had written that I was not properly insured. So, I received 1359€ a month. Basically Bürgergeld. My health insurance company could have told them that I had been insured the entire 12 years that I had worked. Rather than going that route, I had to wait 3 months for these guys to sift through the incompetence (or maliciousness) of my last employer.

In Germany, when you need help, you are forced to fight over and over and over and over and over again. As a dreckige Ausländerin, who has white-skin and is not from Europe, I have had one disadvantage after the other thrown at me in this country and NO advantages at all!! It is always one fight after the other.

The unemployment agency is supposed to help me find my feet again. Help me find a work-situation, where I will be treated with respect, not as if I have no knowledge, no life-experience, and no education, which is how my former colleagues treated me. The unemployment agents are supposed to HELP me, not HINDER me! That is not the reality of working with the German Unemployment Agency.

EDIT: It seems to be hit and miss. The woman I reached today (do not use the 800 number. It does not recognize our postal codes - I tried Freital and Pirna) was very friendly and helpful.

EDIT: I found out yesterday that the unemployment office just didn't feel like paying me for the end of July and most of August. Also, they reduced the amount I receive without any reason. The IKK Südwest wrote these people, as the law requires, to say that I cannot be written off sick past 24.08.2024. They then later wrote to tell the unemployment office that I was only actually written off sick until 26.07.2024. The people at the unemployment office decided to pretend that they don't know which date is the actual end-date for my illness, and simply did not pay me for an entire month.

Now, I am sitting here as a single mother with a severely disabled child with no money to buy gas to get to work, pay our rent, or buy food. I'm supposed to start working again Monday, and it will take at least 2-3 weeks for these incompetent people to correct their evilness. Meanwhile, I have to get the same form filled out AGAIN from the IKK Südwest stating that I was only sick until 27.07.2024, and I have to contest the decision to decrease my money randomly, as well as the dates they were OBVIOUSLY supposed to pay me.

These people are either criminally-incompetent or actively evil. Now, I have to see who I can beg money off of to make it through the next few weeks.

SHAME ON YOU GERMANY!!! This is not how a socialist country behaves!!! Twenty-four years living in this country, and I am NEVER taken care of without having to fight and fight and fight. You are not helped based on need, but rather based on your skin color. The assumption is that white people cannot be truly in-need. They make things as hard as possible hoping you will simply give-up and accept whatever they feel like giving you. I am the weak-link in the social chain, and therefore they feel they can rob me of my "benefits", which I paid for all these years. For that, I lived 23 years always taking care of myself. No other choice, really.

I pay (Prime Member) to be mistreated by Amazon/sellers.

The products are junk.
The prices are outrageous.
The deliveries are irresponsible.
They violate your privacy by giving out your email address.
They allow you to be harassed repeatedly.

They have given my private email address to sellers, and I have sellers harassing me repeatedly with emails trying to get me to delete my reviews. This has gone on for MONTHS. Amazon is doing NOTHING to stop it. I have already filled out their form to report it.

I asked that my item be delivered Friday, instead the driver tried yesterday. If Amazon paid enough money, they could afford to hire people, who can read.

-I receive items that are crushed in transport.
-I receive defective items that were sold on sale, but cannot be replaced for the same price.
-I get a delivery date, but then that date is randomly changed by Amazon without my consent.
-My items are SHOVED into my mailbox, so that anyone at the bus stop next to my house can take them, or they can get wet when it rains. They are also OFTEN too small for the box.
-The driver leaves my items under my neighbor's balcony or under the neighbor's garden table without ringing anywhere, so that I have no idea my item was delivered. I live next to a bus stop and across the street from a store!
-Sellers have my email address and feel free to harass me, because they do not like my review of their junk-product.

I have spent over 4 years now complaining to Amazon.de and trying to get them to correct their behavior. Instead, the situation gets worse and worse. As a Prime Member, I pay for the privilege of being mishandled by Amazon and their sellers.

EDIT: Amazon continues to be unprofessional by promising delivery dates and failing to meet them, and by continuing to shove things into my mailbox, ignoring my instructions. Once company broke into our apartment building to dump my order in the hallway, rather than ring. I was at home all day.

Great mods. Easy to download.

Great mods. Easy to download. Premium accounts are payable only in GBP (this has now been rectified). The mods are free. Downloading them is also free. I have dozens upon dozens of mods for various games, and have never hit something with a virus. I use this site with Vortex, which works well for most of my games.

I do wish the modder's names were searchable.

Stole my money and deleted my advertisement

I just had problems registering an account, because they have the wrong error message. I was FORCED to share my private mobile number.

I constructed my advertisement to sell my garden shed. I paid 16.95€ to put it at the top for a week. These people stole my money, then deleted my advertisement. They did not inform me WHY it was deleted, but rather expect me to tell them what MY problem is?? I expect them to FIRST TELL ME WHAT THEIR PROBLEM IS.

Now, I want my money back, and I will NEVER try to use their service again. This is theft.

Use and Broken Junk Sold as New

I bought a graphic card and a water cooler. After installing them, my system started freezing up and the graphic card over-heated. I asked to send the graphic card back. To do so, I had to get a new graphic card, which I did elsewhere. I sent back the graphic card. They did not communicate with me AT ALL, except to say they had received the graphic card. Over 3 weeks later, they finally wrote to say they had repaired the graphic card and were sending it back. What shall I do with TWO graphic cards, just because they could not be bothered to communicate with me!! The window to return the other one is closed.

These people sold me a graphic card that was missing the protective coverings, which I did not know until I bought the second graphic card. That means it was a USED GRAPHIC CARD, now they refuse to refund my money, after leaving me hanging for nearly a month with no word from them as to what was going on. I can only send the piece of crap back and demand my money back. I have already contacted my credit card company just before these clowns finally wrote me to tell me they had repaired the junk they had sold to me.

My advice? Don't buy anything from Alternate.de. They sell you USED JUNK AS NEW, then don't care AT ALL about the customer's needs. How shall I function for nearly a month with NO computer?? Attached is the email from when they received my return. Between then and 6 November, I heard NOTHING from them, in spite of repeated emails and attempts to reach them by telephone. From the time I sent the part to the time I received the email is an entire month with no word about what they intended as a solution. I have been royally dicked over for over 800€, because there was also a warranty on the USED graphic card that I paid for.

EDIT: the graphic card returned to me as repaired had a defective ribbon. I wasted a year suffering with constant crashing and spent 35€ to find that out. There is, therefore, definitely a chance that you will get used and defective junk from these people, and they will ignore you as a customer, simply doing what they feel like and dictating a solution to you. You are not respected and valued.

You pay to teach others

I keep being "paired" with a new person. I have been paired with at least 4 people in a week. This is just using my language expertise in my native language. When I tried to write them about this, the email was returned. Please do not pair me with more than 3 people at one time, EVER. That is all I can handle, because this is not my primary past-time.

The lessons themselves are good.

EDIT: I dropped this service, and even though I cancelled before the next billing cycle, they billed me. So, I pay them for to teach other people English?? And then they rob me of a further year's membership, which I cancelled before hand.

To the response: I wrote you back when this all happened. You kept my money and blew me off. You made your choice back when.
