Good gym, 24/7 availability and generally cool.
During summer it did get hot a bit but the following day the temprature was good again so was likely just a minor mishap.

Dislike the 20 minutes delay between drinks, just very annoying when me and my friend both run a little longer and we have to wait.

The many build a bundles are very saddening but the killer bundles are generally good. Got some very fun deals from this site and unlike HumbleBundle I have not had key redemption issues.

Raad alle andere fysieke winkels aan voordat je hierheen gaat maar het bestaat en is te doen

Tijd terug (ong een jaar) iets gekocht en een week later voor release cancellation aangevraagd. Toen ik geen geld terug had ontvangen had ik een mail gestuurd en kreeg ik geen gehoor, maanden later probeerde ik het nog is en kreeg ik een reactie dat het in hun systeem als overgeschreven stond. Na het bedrag, de transactie naam en alles doorzocht te hebben zie ik nog niks op mijn bankrekening. Nu heb ik alweer 2 weken geen bericht terug gekregen en laat ik dus deze review achter.

Ik heb geen geld, geen product en geen reactie. Ik update deze review zodra ik reactie krijg en meer nieuws heb.

Update 22-12-2023: Kreeg de vraag (meer dan 1 week geleden) om extra informatie door te spelen via trustpilot. Dat de volgende dag gedaan en sindsdien niks meer gehoord.

19-02-2024: Alsnog geen gehoor, ik update bij meer nieuws, update ook om te zorgen dat mensen weten dat het probleem nog lopende is!

Big issues they haven't solved for years:
- The mobile app has many issues, UI bugs and generally doesn't serve it's purpose.
- The support either has you wait for 3 months+ (this is true with multiple of my friends) or just marks a ticket as solved even though it is far from solved, ignoring your actual issue.
- They don't know which features the community wants, leading to updates that were not thought about enough instead of improvements to per example the permission system.

Edit: Most of these got resolved or are no longer an issue due to other changes made.

I bough a lot of product recently and sadly due to out of control things one of them was delayed, when contacting them they really helped and gave me options as to things that we could do.

Eventually I decided on shipping it seperately and they agreed.

Very nice with communications, often great prices and generally a fun shop to check out.
