I love Topdrawer's products, BUT their customer service is absolutely terrible...even for customers who have purchased. I have left voicemails and sent emails to ask a simple question about my return with no response. It doesn't matter how great your goods are, if your customer service is not up to par you will not succeed.

I have been a Stripe client for several years now and think very highly of them. Their service is perfect for my small business and their customer service is stellar.
