I had a somewhat complicated return and the customer service at topdrawershop.com was superb. They were prompt, communicative, and accurate. (Sammuel, in particular, was very responsive.) Everything went smoothly and I highly recommend them and their Kolo photo albums and photo boxes.
I love Topdrawer's products, BUT their customer service is absolutely terrible...even for customers who have purchased. I have left voicemails and sent emails to ask a simple question about my return with no response. It doesn't matter how great your goods are, if your customer service is not up to par you will not succeed.
