The original order was unfit for purpose and could not be used as requested. Once we had discovered this, it has taken us many hours, many e-mails, and many phone calls to even get someone to look at the problem.

We placed the original order in December 2023 and had the correct system working in June 2024.

How can they manage to take a parcel 210 miles, and then not manage the last 200 yards. They had dumped the parcel at a completely different business, and then we had no way to contact them.

What really annoys me, is the delivery driver had taken a photo of the parcel at a different address and signed as it was from the correct business. Was this taken off the parcel delivery name, surely this must be misrepresentation as they are claiming it was delivered to the correct person, if we then could not find the parcel where would we stand?

All around fantastic service!

We needed a printer ASAP and Printerland didn't disappoint. The website is easy to navigate and has all the information necessary for selecting and comparing products. Their prices are competitive (for us they are the cheapest) and our order was delivered quickly and in good order. Their customer service is top-notch. We received a nice follow-up email from Matthew Ackers making sure that our experience was positive. We cannot fault Printerland and we will certainly be using them again in the future. Thank you :)

An absolutely fantastic company! I highly recommend Kene. Partners to anyone who is making an R&D claim. We have used Flexi Labels several times now and each time they have been fantastic. Our orders have been dispatched and delivered quickly, well packaged and all present and correct. The website is brilliant. It's easy to find what you need even when you don't fully know what size and spec you need. The labels are great value for money, we buy all of our labels from Flexi Labels. We recommend them to everyone.

We have used Custom Tape Ltd a couple of times now and both times have been a great experience. The customer service is fantastic. We were unsure which tape best suited our company and the help we received was fantastic. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The tape is great quality and excellent value for money. It would be nice to be able to order and design on the website but with the high level of customer service it isn't the end of the world.
