The worst online booking company in…

The worst online booking company in Europe. I booked a ticket on their website and confirmed payment on my banking app. 24 hours later still no ticket. I have spoken to their customer service department three times, and was told three different answers to my question. I had to book my ticket on a different website after becoming frustrated with Budget Airs incompetence. Never again.

Rude and arrogant staff. Beware of hidden costs when you are booking. Book with a reputable company, save yourself time, money and stress. Avoid.

Poor service

Poor service and bad attitude. Techzones tried to charge me £220 for replacing a cooling fan in my laptop. I refused to pay and consequently my laptop was returned broken and non functioning. Judging by the other reviews this is an all to familiar story. Avoid at all cost.
