The worst online booking company in Europe. I booked a ticket on their website and confirmed payment on my banking app. 24 hours later still no ticket. I have spoken to their customer service department three times, and was told three different answers to my question. I had to book my ticket on a different website after becoming frustrated with Budget Airs incompetence. Never again.
