Mislabelled Product and No Response from IM8

I ordered two IM8 Daily Ultimate Essentials, which came with two “Signature Cups.” The products are advertised as stainless steel and even have a label on the bottom claiming to be stainless steel — yet they are clearly made of plastic.

This is false advertising and completely unacceptable. If IM8 can’t be trusted with something as basic as product labelling, how can customers trust the accuracy of their vitamins and supplement claims?

I’ve already requested a return and refund for one of the packs, but customer service is clearly not bothered and willing to provide any support. It’s disappointing to see such poor accountability from a company claiming to promote wellness and transparency.

Useless service. Do not do ANY subscription

Had a subscription for toothbrushes to be delivered to my address for convenience as you get them every 3 months. Then I moved homes and updated the address on my account in January and Oral-B managed to deliver the old address and refused to send a new one to the current address. After much back and forth they refunded me.

Now, three months later, they managed to send the toothbrushes where? To the old address again…

I am sorry, but I am yet to experience some thing this dumb from a service provider.

Amazon provides the same subscription for the same price. Just go with them, much more reliable, and customer service actually works a bit. Also, Amazon informs you that you have a subscription coming. On Oral-B you only know when you receive an email your order has been placed.

Incompetent Customer Service and Failure to Honour Address Update

3 months later (now late July/2025) after the below interaction, Oral-B still did not update delivery address… great customer service (notice the sarcasm, please).

(20 Apr 2025) I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received regarding my Oral B subscription order. Despite updating my delivery address back in January—nearly three months before the latest order.

What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability from Oral B team (first Jamie, then Tom). The dismissive responses and refusal to investigate properly show a serious flaw in how they manage subscriptions and address updates, and a disregard for customer experience.

If you expect reliability and responsibility from a subscription service, look elsewhere. Oral B has failed on both counts.

Customer service w/ good presence on Truspilot

I was charged £80 for the subscription of 2 packs of mushroom powder. However, the website is clear in saying that the subscription of 2 packs of mushroom powder is £32.50/pack with free shipping.

Customer service could be easier to reach. They seem to have a good presence on Truspilot, but emails can be difficult, hence my 4 star.

I will reactivate my subscriptions with the company.

Customer Service? What is that? How do get in touch?

Hi,

Does anyone knows how to get in touch with Diamond Factory? I have tried calling them (automated voice message says their working hours is 9:30 - 17:30, yet no one picks up at any given time), online chat (same as phone calls), website mail (yet to see if there is an actual customer service). I have put an order over 2 weeks and no update has been give, nothing.

From what I have been reading, Diamond Factory has ChatGPT tailored message that customer service is very busy, but "unreachable". Yet, "please do get in contact if there is anything else we can help..." How? Yes, how to get in touch?

Can you please just tell me how to contact instead?

Appaling customer service, check-in process & in-flight experience

Customer service is non-existent, and if you want to make a complaint, good luck. They can only be reached by email and do not bother to reach back. Have made a complaint and been sitting for more than a month for a feedback on the opened case.

To provide context, after patiently queuing to check our two pieces of luggage, we noticed an unusual slowness in the service. When it was our turn to check our luggages, we were unexpectedly asked to weigh not only our carry-on luggage but also our personal items such as handbag and purse, deviating from the usual check-in procedure.

Subsequently, an ITA Airways employee informed us that because the accumulated weight of our carry-on luggage and personal items (the carry-on luggage weighted 8kg and the backpack weighted 7kg) exceeded 12kg (8kg for the carry-on luggage + 4kg for the personal item). Consequently, we were instructed to check in an additional piece of luggage (I never heard of a policy that constraint the weight on a personal item, and neither could find on ITA Airways website after this occurrence). Feeling cornered and with no apparent recourse, we reluctantly complied with this decision.

Our dissatisfaction was further exacerbated during the boarding process, where we observed a lack of consistency in enforcing weight limits. Many passengers were seemingly allowed to carry personal items that clearly exceeded the specified weight limit, while others had non-standard, oversized carry-on items.

It is important to highlight here that on our return, there were no concerns or additional pressure for a third checked luggage, even though we were carrying the same number of luggages and similar weights as well, increasing our concerns over ITA Airways discrimination and mistreatment.

In addition to these check-in concerns, I would like to bring to your attention an issue we encountered during the long-haul flight. The screen on my seat had damaged audio, and despite my repeated requests for assistance, the crew did nothing to rectify the situation. When they finally attended to my concerns, their response was both delayed and notably rude, further contributing to our overall negative experience.

Finally, my partner inquired about vegetarian meal options available on board, given that she is vegetarian and upon ordering the pasta even the salad had beef in it. It was not asked for a vegan, nor lactose free, neither gluten free option. It is appealing that ITA Airways could not offer a simple vegetarian option on board. However, the crew's response to her simple query was rude and ignored.

Good for scammers and customer service takes zero responsibility

I received a counterfeit from a seller, in which I challenged and returned the item to the seller, requesting a refund.

However, because the seller challenged the “state of the item” he was able to keep the item AND I still did not receive the refund. Note here that the item was never worn and was immediately returned on the next couple of days.

I tried contacting the Vinted team to seek for a resolution as it is unreal that I remain to return the item to the scammer and still have to pay for it.

Vinted customer service team is extremely unhelpful, citing that I agreed to their terms and conditions and because of that they could not do anything. In addition, to every purchase you must pay a “buyers protection” fee, which I remain to understand as buyers have no protection.

I may still raise a dispute on a small claims court against Vinted due to the way I was treated by the customer service team and request further compensation to all “buyers protection” fees as this clearly does not work.

BE CAREFUL

BE CAREFUL! They do not check the car prior to your rental! A plastic bottle was left in the car and the air-conditioning was not working when I picked the car. Unfortunately, I only noticed the air-conditioning when I was already on the road and could not turn back to pick another car. After I noticed, I stopped at a service station to report the issue, as it was prior to the period I picked up the car.

At the end of the rental period, when I arrived to return the car, I had to request compensation for the upset, driving on a 30° C heat, sweating the entire rental period, inside the car was hotter than outside it was a huge upset to make up. Still, all Enterprise offered was “£20 to make up and cover for breakfast”. That was insulting!

I said this was not enough and they offered me an additional £10. Again, insulting!

Be careful!

Customer service inexistent

I bought a ticket from From The Box Office which the performance was cancelled due to one of the actors getting unwell.
The tickets were never refunded and you simply cannot get in touch with them through neither contact channel.
Email are non responsive, contact number inexistent and if you try to call the parent company the number is unreachable.

Don't waste your money!
