verification process is fraud
There item verification process is a waste of time and money. The item arrives at their arrival centre, then taken to the verification department, unpacked, verified, re packaged, and re dispatched within 29 minutes. What a joke. You try and raise the issue with the customer service department and you never get a true response and they are just ripping people off. Company needs taking to trading standards. They need to take a leaf out of eBay’s book with great customer service and support.

Avoid this company if you actually want to receive your order! Kept getting excuses around the order and delayed week after week. Don’t advertise items you can’t supply.

Sent one good cupboard, and one broken! Company ok at taking your money but when it comes to getting a replacement sent out don’t be in a rush! Can’t even contact by phone! Products good, aftercare poor!

Don’t use evergreen as there customer…
Don’t use evergreen as there customer care is awful. Used there products for many years and always been satisfied. Yet when you have a issue they are not interested and blame you. Applied lawn feed with there spreader and per instructions, yet when this starts to kill the lawn that my fault and nothing to do with them! Used this product many times and no issues, so definitely got to be my fault! Anyway when people ask what happened to your beautiful lawn, i just tell them miracle gro happened! Won’t be using again after the care I received.

BE AWARE
Be aware! Aftercare is awful. The team that deals with aftercare unfortunately have there hands tie, as there higher management must brief them on not to help. They don’t return your case until a week later, and they say these things happen and show no remorse in any help to compensating you for the small amount of clothes you buy to keep you going until you have your belongings back. Not even a voucher to the cost spent off a future holiday to show some remorse. Apparently, you should have plenty of clothes at home to put you on when this happens. You tell them the suitcase now doesn’t wheel along properly after being thrown about for a week, and yet again they don’t believe you, and you need to send a video. As someone with a disability it’s something you need right. Happy taking your money but don’t bother about you afterwards! If you lose on way out, good luck as Jet2.com don’t have reps at your hotel, and can’t see them being bothered anyway. A package holiday company you can trust!

Jet2.com have a dreadful aftercare
Jet2.com have a dreadful after care service. Book your luggage in for a return flight to the Uk, but unfortunately one case doesn’t return. Then you have the hassle of filling in forms and trying to contact them in the days afterwards,also don’t expect to phone and get through as it doesn’t happen anytime. Email is the only way and days later they may reply. In the meantime you buy a few bits to keep you going. I then receive by case back a week later and doesn’t even wheel properly anymore due to the way it been treated. You then ask for a little compensation for the few basic items and a replacement case, but they are not even bothered! Apparently because it’s the return journey that doesn’t matter because you should have a clothes at home. Yes, jeans and jumpers and the temperature is 30 degrees! Not everyone can have a massive amount of clothing at home for the chance you case doesn’t return. You spend 1000’s on a holiday from a company that quote ‘jet2.com a package holiday you can trust’ yet because you have finished your holiday they are not bothered one bit. Asked for a manager to call, yet again they even failed to do that! They will take your money happily, but when they fail on there side that’s your problem!

Don’t trust them or there offers
Toolstation had a Milwaukee product on a 75% discount yet never ever had any stock! Just a massive advertising stunt. Then they stated 3 in stock? So ordered them and ordered went through, until the day after, then the order was cancelled due to no stock!
The attitude of toolstation afterwards was that it was a stock error and there was no items available, surprise surprise! This is a new item yet they can’t get the item or willing to order the product in when coming back in warehouse. Guess what offer now gone off! Better sticking with the other large company that’s not toolstation, but very similar!
UPDATE, stock now in at toolstation and the offer has gone, and will not offer the product I had cancelled by themselves at the said price. They had a very nice manager call me to try and explain and is believed to be a pricing error on the item, yet stated sale price. They wouldn’t even offer me one at the price advertised and gave me a small voucher. Be very careful with any deal advertised with them!!

Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service! A metal retaining catch part fails when installing and the customer gets told that it’s there fault and there products couldn’t possibly fail! Yet they try and sell you a packet of them (As they have them as a spare part?).We have used lots of Crosswater products in the past and been very satisfied, but let’s hope nothing goes wrong!
