Ordered three bras, returned one. Keep being told my refund is on the way but it’s been almost three weeks and still no refund.
Very disappointing service.

I ordered a radiator. Trying to contact them or get anyone to pick up the various call numbers is impossible. Avoid this company!

Our sincere apologies, we do not set out to disapoint and are doing the best we can for a lot of customers during this difficult time in the boiler supply market, Manufacturers are starting to get the flow of boilers back up, but they have been hit by the component shortage. We use another platform to invite our customers for reviews, You havent recieved the everyday good service Mr Central Heating provides in this case, so we are sorry. Normally only the few customers who's experience hasnt been a good one with us (we are human, but we do not like making mistakes) go here to leave bad reviews, hence the low score because they leave the score on Trustpilot dating back to 2012. Other review sites give an honest appraisal based on the last 12 months which is why we dont subscribe.
