I sent 500 INR(phonepe) through QR code which showed in 20bet site yesterday 14.06.2023 - 12.03pm but my balance was not updated till now. after contacting them several times now their financial team reviewed and said that i didnt send money to their platform. i have sent the correct screenshot of my transaction details and bank statement also. taking huge time and looks like they are trying to cheat me now.

Update 11-11-2022 - My balance 1000 was added in my account finally after 3 days... i would have given 5 star but huge delay and frustrated too much with chat thats why...anyway thanks for adding my balance

I have deposited 1000 inr through phonepe on 08.11.2022 12:47pm still my balance is not updated in 20bet site...the transactions are done perfectly without any failed or retry also.. in live chat they are saying "finance department is still locating my funds.our finance team will do their best to provide You with a solution at the earliest convenience". same answers for 2 days i am getting from live support. i am really frustrated with this scam website. looks like they are cheating everyone.. 2 days need to find my funds after sending proof of transaction details? SCAM WEBSITE . i will change my review and rate if my balance was credited.

Very very worst site...Deposit instant and some methods have max 10-30 mints. for withdrawal it takes min 3-5 working days to reach bank after withdrawal was requested. Very very bad customer support. I dont know why live chat is there and for connecting to live chat we should wait for min 30 mints to 3hrs sometimes and they will tell that takes 48hrs to resolve for any issues. odds and markets also not worth compare to other betting site like Parimatch ,marathonbet. but only 2 positive is your winning money is safe to withdraw but takes time sometimes it takes upto 10 working days AND 500 INR freebet every saturday if you place overall 500 INR bets with accumulator @ 2 odds in total (only for Indian customer)..site also very very slow to place bets.Free Spin is nothing you cant win anything from it always shows sorry try again tomorrow. overall 1 rating is ok or less than will be good....
