Need a '3rd umpire' who could help with the final decision!
All three companies responded quickly and two made arrangements for a site visit asap. Quotations were received promptly and many variations were accommodated. I now face the difficult task of choosing the winner! It would be great if there were a '3rd umpire' out there who could help with the final decision.
