Fastway thank you for your reply but you are not addressing my ? with regard to your service, why like other delivery co's can you not let your valued customers know whether to expect a delivery AM or PM, with today's technology it can't be that difficult....

2nd year to be disappointed with Bloom Magic...
My sister sent me flowers last year on my birthday, I complained as flowers were nearly dead on arrival,the arrangement had come loose.., was sent a second arrangement but all too late..
Imagine my anger and frustration again today, brown Roses and Lillie's, again bouquet loose in the box, certainly not worth the price my sister had paid...Something that is ment to give joy just brings anger...😡
