Ordered Monday, had an email tuesday to say not in stock an offer an alternative. Emailed reply saying yes to the alternative, this was ignored. Telephoned Wednesday to make sure email had been actioned, it hadn't. Package arrived Thursday with wrong products, telephoned to explain, said it would be collected Friday and original order delivered Friday. Collection driver never turned up and original order now due Monday. Poor

I have reviewed the details of your order and can see that your order did encounter issues.
We did not have the original stock to send an alternative was offered and actioned.
This was then dispatched incorrectly. My sincere apologies for this. I can confirm an investigation has been raised internally to determine as to why this happened.
This is not our code of practice and we take pride in ensuring our customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
On this occasion I do understand the disappointment.
