Delivery driver damaged paint work as he was rushing round because it was raining. So I was told to contact the Heplteam @ leader trade but whan I did they just apologised & told me they were closing the ticket & that was the end of the compliante.

We would also ask that you remove any fragile items such as ornaments and pictures to prevent any unnecessary accidental damage – this ensures a smooth delivery for all."

Hi I Had issue with credit note I tried to resolve this matter over the telephone but the customer service agents were no help. After all this I went into the store In Derby Derbion Centre the manager BECKEY went out here way above & beyond & sorted the issue with in 10 minutes. It was such privilege meeting some one who really does there job & more credit to this lady. God bless her should be recognised for her work ethic thanks Beckey
Hi I am absaloutly horrified with service after placing a online order and not receiving it I have tried the web chat tried head office customer service contact number no body responds worst service I have recieved .

Hi thank you very much Caroline face book group page assistant your service was amazing 10/10 . I had issue with a credit note that had expired but on numerous occasions had tried to contact Head office London, Frassers group head office shire brook web chat & emails in the last 3 months no response from any body the web chat service is appalling no body answers the phone anywhere but after contacting on face book Flannles group Caroline messaged back with in 15 minutes and then called me and had resolved the issue within 10 minutes absaloutly amazing frassers group need more people like Caroline who actually take there role seriously and are a great credit to Flannels thanks again Caroline and this was spose to be fourth contact but response was like contact one . What an amazing experience 👍👍👍👍👍 Caroline
The quality of the shoes was disgraceful as the shades were different on 2 different orders after paying the delivery fee Once I raised query response was made one that’s it Awful service
