Great service.

They don't deserve even one star. You keep waiting for the bus. It doesn't come. You keep waiting for half an hour, then you see 4 buses coming together.
World's worst service by first group. Not happy at all. Sometimes they leave before time. You know your bus is due at for example 10 pm. The drivers sometimes leave before 10 pm Horrible service. I was supposed to catch number 1 for Whiteinch. at 10 pm. It was due at the terminal at 10:05 As soon as I got there the driver left at sharp 10 pm.
I waited for half an hour for next bus. Disgusting 🫣

I am in North Carolina now,
It's my third day and still waiting for my checked in baggages. They didn't even contacted American Airlines to transfer the luggages . American Airlines was my connecting flight.
They are not even bothering to send them to my final destination (NORTH CAROLINA). It's my third day without luggages in North Carolina.
Please avoid it.
