Soundbrenner is an amazingly innovative company. Their service is excellent as well. I bought one of their Pulse wrist metronomes and I misplaced my charging cable. I contacted support, had a reply within a couple hours (on a weekend) and had my replacement cable by the middle of the next week. Very innovative and very service-oriented is a very good combination … but not all that common!

The price keeps going up and yet you give no technical support. Quicken and TurboTax have just gotten WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!

Emerald is an extremely innovative and customer-driven company. From the process of designing and ordering the guitar to communications during it's manufacture, they did everything I needed for it to be a very satisfying experience. Did I mention that I love the guitar and everyone who sees and hears it is awestruck by it's beauty and sound. I couldn't possibly recommend Emerald more highly than this. I truly believe it represents the future of guitars.

In recent years, Quicken has added features none of which are of any use to me. Yet the price has skyrocketed! It has become so expensive that I have begun looking for an alternative. Next time the price increases, I will be gone after 20 years as a customer.

The book was a pre-order for a book due out in September. It went out right on schedule.

The LEDs are great. The support is mixed. I had to call twice: once before ordering and the support person was outstanding.

When I installed the LEDs in my car, they did not work quite as the documentation said, so I called for clarification of one feature. This time the support person was rude and completely unhelpful. It took me a couple of hours of trial and error, but I figured it out myself. Guess that’s the program: don’t the questions and they won’t call again.
