I bought a pair of the G-Boxing Cuban HFF1 Sparring Boxing Gloves. The thumb position and size means that you batter your thumbs, every time you connect. You cant grip your thumb into a fist, because the thumb is pinned

I tried them twice to make sure. I then went back to Geezers within 14 days. They said, and I quote “We would be happy to have these back for inspection and we can either exchange or refund your order.” I had already told them I had worn them twice. I then posted them back at my expense!

When they got them back, they then did a ‘full 180’ on their previous promise and said “We have decided that the issue you are having is not in fact a fault, but down to the design of the gloves. The feel of the gloves you have returned are the same as the others we have in stock. Unfortunately, it may just be that these gloves are not an ideal fit for you…The gloves are still in good condition, so I would suggest selling them.”

Best of British service eh! Absolutely shocking. So, if you have no thumbs, and the best part of £200 to waste, then perhaps you’ll end up happy. Like all the other one star reviewers on here, I will never shop there again, and I will let everyone at the club know that Geezers are just that!

I was gifted two cocktail masterclass vouchers by my wife, before lock down. I called today to see what my options were. None apparently. An abrupt and cold ‘no’ from the general manager. Despite my wife speaking to them after lockdown and being reassured there was ‘no issue with time in the circumstances’. A bit mercenary and heartless in the circumstances. Another shining example of commercial profiteering over personal service. Be careful. Cheers.

Incredibly poor and inconsistent behaviour from the customer service team, who are not empowered to make any decisions. After an offer of exchange, the offer was then withdrawn by the office team. I’m assuming customer service is an outsourced third party. Waste of time dealing with them. Be very sure the item is the correct size and what you want before ordering because it is impossible to negotiate thereafter. If you have another option avoid this brand.

Customer services are non-existent. I’ve emailed three times I’ve called three times. They won’t call me back or answer their phones. All I want to do is return the watch but they will not allow you to return until they give you a code! I wish I had read reviews before I bought.
