These guys sent me an unsolicited…

These guys sent me an unsolicited message claiming I owe £170 with no context whatsoever, just a reference number online. All it does is prompt you to pay, with no location, date, or time information. I suspect it was when I was at a venue when you had to enter your car reg, to which the manager said not to bother at the bar. I asked him to put in the car reg anyway! Never hear back when you request a call back never hear or get hold of anyone when you call, sounds like these low lives do this to everyone. The worst thing is I will be fuming if they say I have not paid and send more threatening messages, I do not pay without the right to reply and a fair hearing of appeal. Can't scare and abuse people into paying, very shady company! I will be reporting them to all of the above, action fraud, financial ombudsman and POLA oh and the police, watchdog and spreading the lies and the cancer that they are on social media!

**update**

I fought back, I asked the owner of the restaurant of which my car was parked in managed by Euro car parks and handed over to DRP, I explained what had happened and DRP had no choice but to refund me! Unlucky crooks - I don’t give up 🤣🤣

Really supportive TU!

Community TU helped me massively during a real toxic time at my work place that lastedthe best part of 3 years, helped me reach a settlement. What was a really difficult time for me they helped by sending out comms on my behalf and getting the whole unsavoury chapter concluded so I could seek a new post. Katie and the team were fantastic and I really appreciated their support and help! Would recommend this TU to anyone. Thanks Community TU once again!

Used these solicitors for my property…

Used these solicitors for my property move in 2022. Never have me and my wife ever had such an inept group. Unanswered emails for weeks, people leaving roles and not having a clue where we were in the process and having to do the job 90% of the time for them. No idea what we were paying for, really frustrating and painful experience all around. A lot of last minute information and unclear comms which in the end cost us more money in the long run. Never again I would use someone else unless you want to have to chase your own tail and do all the work for them. Incompetent!

Really badly treated by this company…

Really badly treated by this company and Ignored. Sold my IPhone XR which was in very good condition. Agreed to sell to this cowboys (lesson learnt) got my email to say I’d been paid and my phone had been accepted and processed. Was told my funds would be in my account in 2 days. After 3 still no sign, when I contacted apparently they told me that they had paid me, but it turns out my last 2-3 digits of my sort code we’re incorrect, now I am under no doubt I put these in incorrectly. However after speaking to my bank, they said that Sala would have got an alert when the name of the Card and sort code/account number didn’t make. But you could bypass this but you would expect must honourable and honest companies to follow up with you to confirm this before sending the funds into limbo and then blaming you the customer. They did promise they would recall the funds and let me know the outcome, again my bank said they were 99.9% sure that this payment would have been rejected as the account isn’t valid! But surprise surprise after 3 days no reply. Did they even bother to recall the payment or was it lip service and they have effectively taken my phone without me getting the money I was promised, seems like the fact I didn’t get the money I was entitled to is neither here nor there to them as they got what they want. What a lovely company ethos. Never use them unless you want to be ignored and told it’s your fault that you won’t be reviving your money for the phone you “sold” to them.

Don’t use and avoid like the plague.
