Over an hour on hold. Staff had no idea what they were doing

Trying to get a Discharge Authority to close a homeloan account I paid off 10 years ago and forgot I even had. Spent an hour on hold, the moron they connected me too had to have everything explained to them repeatedly and kept trying to promote unwanted and unasked for AMP products. If anything was going to make me despise a bank, this sort of incompetent upselling is it. I will never even consider the AMP for anything ever again. Absolute garbage.

Two $460 packages 'lost' by Oakleigh South distribution centre

Why is it that packages from the UK and the US get to my home in Melbourne in just over a week but Australia Post somehow managed to 'lose' two packages (valued at over $900) that only had to travel 7km from Morrabin to Oakleigh? Pathetic. Australia Post are absolute muppets too incompetent to ensure packages move 7km without being stolen by the moronic scumbags they employ. Useless on every level. Both packages are 'on their way' according to tracking, yet there are no further scan after they were picked up by Aust Post.

Overcharged $100 for 'estimated' usage

AGL kept taking estimates of my gas meter and saying they couldn't read it due to it being overgrown. The meter is clearly accessible...you can see it from across the street FFS! Overcharged $100 for gas and nobody from AGL could tell me why it was reported as overgrown. Clearly they take estimates to over charge customers. I switched to another provider and will never use use any AGL product again. They can't be trusted and don't deserve mine or anyone else's business.

Pandemic profiteering at its worst

If an item isn't in stock, your website should say so. Paid for N95 masks nearly a month ago and was eventually told different masks will be available in two weeks and to select which type I'd like to change my order to. I don't want to change my order. I wanted the masks I paid for a month ago that your website said were in stock. Cancelled my order after giving up on ever getting a straight answer from them. Hopefully the refund doesn't take a month to arrive but I'm not holding my breath. Profiteering during a pandemic? Yeah, that's just low.

Hi Chris, Im sorry to hear about your experience. were not trying to be right but it is showing as backorder on the website (next to the green tick) all items that are in stock have been fulfilled and shipped. We cant do much if it is displaying Backorder other than wait for the Backorder to arrive we are eager to send the goods as soon they arrive.

Avoid at all costs

They sell items that they don't have in stock but the website says are in stock. Zero customer service, misleading advertising and clearly they are exploiting the pandemic by taking money for PPE and RAT tests they don't even have in stock. Garbage company. Avoid at all costs.
