Over an hour on hold. Staff had no idea what they were doing
Trying to get a Discharge Authority to close a homeloan account I paid off 10 years ago and forgot I even had. Spent an hour on hold, the moron they connected me too had to have everything explained to them repeatedly and kept trying to promote unwanted and unasked for AMP products. If anything was going to make me despise a bank, this sort of incompetent upselling is it. I will never even consider the AMP for anything ever again. Absolute garbage.
