Used to be good now customer service is…

Used to be good now customer service is really poor, delivery late and reluctant to refund items not even received. Shame as I used to order a lot.

Very late delivery then poor quality…

Very late delivery then poor quality item and two missing. Nightmare trying to get refund for missing items saying had to do investigation for the sake of £27! Sent photos poor packaging and of item received Then said investigation shown sent out then said made a mistake then offered gift voucher finally been offered a refund. A great pity as I have had several orders with them in the past with no issues apart from late delivery but this experience has now put me off.

The best judge of a company is when…

The best judge of a company is when something goes wrong and how they deal with it. Having used Viovet for several years, I was very surprised by the poor customer service I received. Firstly, you wait forever to get through then the service is ridiculous. I waited in for the parcel during delivery times given.No one knocked and I was emailed a photo of a box dumped by a bin as proof of delivery! When I called to complain I was told that this showed delivery and that I would have to fill out a police form when I had already wasted time waiting to get through and listened to a lot of rubbish! It was clear from the photo that the parcel had been dumped and not given to the resident as Amazon often leave stuff which gets damaged or stolen. They clearly didn’t want to send a refund or replacement so did a dispute through my bank.Won’t be using again. Just to update after reading Viovet’s response there are instructions not to leave any delivery outside at all and the picture clearly showed it wasn’t hidden or safe. When we are paying postage we expect secure delivery.

Amazon sometimes leaves parcels in what they deem "safe" locations, such as behind a wheelie bin. In many cases, Amazon's delivery instructions or policies indicate that leaving parcels behind a wheelie bin or in a similar area can be considered safe, as long as the parcel is not inside the bin or at risk of being exposed to theft or the elements.
It’s important to remember that the definition of a "safe" location can vary by region or based on specific delivery instructions you might provide. If you feel that the location where the parcel is left is not secure enough, you could update your delivery preferences on your account, such as specifying that parcels be left in a more secure area, like a porch or with a neighbour.

We are very sorry that this experience with VioVet was not a positive one. We take customer experience very seriously and I really hope that you can accept our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you on this occasion.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service messing me about for weeks and clear they didn’t want to actually resolve the issue. Lots of different people replying asked me to send photos etc but then no one did anything about a missing panel and a broken piece of wood sent instead for a chest of drawers. Waste of time and energy.

Seems to be going downhill which is a…

Seems to be going downhill which is a real shame. Rides keep closing early or always have technical faults which is worrying. Park doesn’t have long opening times too so hard to get on all rides. Disappointing.
