Customer assistance is incredibly fast. Got a defective bracelet substituted (I bought it in Amsterdam, but I live in Italy) in no time. All the transaction were carried out on line. I received prompt replies and I got a new one here in five days. Five stars because I couldn't give i six.

Alle email rispondono sempre con il solito messaggio prestampato, anche se inviate all'indirizzo che includono nelle patetiche risposte, anch'esse automatiche, che danno su Trustpilot. Nessuna serietà. Da evitare accuratamente. Spero che non mi abbiano rubato i miei soldi ma non farò mai più acquisti da loro. Scandalosi!!!!!!!
