After two months of taking Omega 3 , Multivitamines ,Magnesium consistenly, I can unquivocally confirm that this company is literally a scam , I didn't notice no improvements at all ,I was just swallowing uneffective pills as a habit , their product ar just a costly scam , don't waste your money
