When I was sent the renewal offer I was not surprised that it was even more than the amount that I paid last year. However upon speaking to a staff member of the company I was offered the insurance for quite a lot less than last year. Needless to say I was very pleased.

I have not yet used this purchase but past experience of the brand leaves me to believe that I will be very pleased with it when I do.

Octopus appear to try to explain their different tariffs as simply as possible but there is still a lot to absorb. I have opted for a fixed tariff but I am not quite sure that I have done the right thing.

Arrived well within the time scale promised. Neat packaging contained all expected articles and the phone itself appears to be in perfect condition.

Arrived on time. Crate of logs placed in best possible position enabling me to easily transfer them to my log store. Good job, nothing to complain about so top marks. Thank you.
